Reconstitution Guide
Everything you need to reconstitute and use your Forma Bali compounds. All supplies are included with your order.

How to Reconstitute
Clean the rubber stopper of both your peptide vial and your bacteriostatic water vial. Allow to air dry for 10 seconds.
Insert the syringe into the BAC water vial and draw your required volume (see the calculator below). Use a 1ml insulin syringe.
Point the needle toward the glass wall of the peptide vial — not directly onto the powder. Inject slowly. Never spray it forcefully onto the lyophilised powder.
Gently rotate the vial between your fingers until the powder is fully dissolved. The solution should be clear. Do not shake.
Once reconstituted, store at 2–8°C (standard fridge). Keep away from light. Use within 28 days.

Storage Guidelines
Lyophilised (dry powder)
Store at room temperature (15–25°C), away from sunlight. Shelf life up to 24 months when sealed.
Reconstituted peptide
Refrigerate at 2–8°C immediately after reconstitution. Do not freeze. Use within 28 days.
Bacteriostatic water
Store sealed at room temperature. After first puncture, use within 28 days and keep refrigerated.
Light & heat
Protect all peptides from direct sunlight and heat. A cool, dark fridge shelf is ideal.
Subcutaneous Injection
Wash hands
Thoroughly wash and dry hands before handling any equipment.
Wipe injection site
Use an alcohol swab on the chosen site (abdomen, upper thigh, or outer arm). Allow to dry.
Pinch the skin
Gently pinch a fold of skin and fat between two fingers.
Insert at 45°
Insert the needle at a 45° angle with a smooth, confident motion.
Inject slowly
Depress the plunger slowly and steadily. Do not rush.
Remove & dispose
Remove the needle, apply gentle pressure. Dispose of syringe safely — never recap.
