Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products (research compounds), all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been dispatched.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or at hello@formabali.com with photographic evidence. We will assess each case individually and, where appropriate, offer a replacement.

Order Cancellations Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Please contact us immediately via WhatsApp if you need to cancel.
