By purchasing from Forma Bali, you confirm that you are a qualified researcher and will use all compounds solely for legitimate research purposes.

2. Age Requirement You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase from Forma Bali.

3. Orders & Payment Orders are placed via WhatsApp. Payment must be completed before dispatch. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.

4. Liability Forma Bali accepts no liability for any misuse of products. All compounds are sold as-is for research purposes. We make no claims regarding the safety or efficacy of any compound for human use.
