1. Research Use Only

All products sold by Forma Bali are strictly for research purposes only. They are not intended for human consumption, medical use, or veterinary use. By purchasing from us, you confirm that you understand and agree to this condition.

2. Age Requirement

You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase from Forma Bali.

3. Orders & Payment

Orders can be placed directly on our website or via WhatsApp. We accept two payment methods: BCA (Bank Central Asia) Bank Transfer and Wise. Payment must be completed before dispatch. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.

4. Liability

Forma Bali accepts no liability for the misuse of any products. All compounds are sold as-is for research purposes only. We make no claims regarding the safety or efficacy of any product for human use.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website is the property of Forma Bali. No content may be reproduced without prior written permission.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

What's included with my order?

Every order comes complete and ready to use: your peptide vial, 1× Bacteriostatic Water (10ml), 10× Insulin Syringes (1ml, 29G), 2× Drawing Needles (1ml, 26G), 10× Alcohol Swabs, and a full Peptide Dosing & Reconstitution Guide. No extra trips to the pharmacy.

Do I need extra Bacteriostatic Water?

If you're running multiple compounds or a longer protocol, you may need more than the one vial included. Extra vials are available for Rp 150,000 each — just ask via WhatsApp or add it to your cart.

Why do I need Bacteriostatic Water?

Bacteriostatic Water (BAC water) is used to reconstitute your lyophilised peptide before use. It contains benzyl alcohol which acts as a preservative — allowing your reconstituted peptide to be stored safely for several weeks. Always use BAC water, not regular sterile water.

How long does my reconstituted peptide last?

Once mixed with BAC water, most peptides remain stable for 4–6 weeks when stored in the fridge (2–8°C), away from light. Check your Dosing Guide for the specific compound's stability window.

How do I reconstitute my peptide?

Your Dosing Guide (included free with every order) walks through the exact process step by step, including BAC water ratios for each compound. If you're ever unsure, tap the WhatsApp button on any product page and we'll talk you through it.

How fast is delivery?

Same-day delivery across Bali for orders placed before 12pm WITA (Monday–Saturday). Orders after 12pm are delivered the following day. We'll confirm exact timing via WhatsApp once your order is placed.

Is packaging discreet?

Yes. All orders are packed and delivered with full discretion — no branding on the outside of any package. Products are kept cold during transit.

How do I pay?

You can checkout directly on our website via BCA (Bank Central Asia) Bank Transfer or Wise, or message us on WhatsApp and we'll send you payment details and an invoice directly. The choice is yours.
